NOTE : To perform this procedure the FAN UP (YES) and FAN DOWN (NO) buttons will need to be pressed as required.

 

1.    INSERT the key into the ignition and switch ON.

 

2.    PRESS the OFF (MAIN CLIMATE CONTROL) and WARM (PASSENGER CLIMATE CONTROL) buttons together.

 

3.    The IPC will light and then go blank to indicate diagnostic mode.

 

4.    The digital display near the odometer will display a number of rolling codes, please wait until it stops.

 

5.    PRESS the FAN DOWN button until RFA is displayed on the panel.

 

6.    PRESS FAN UP to select this option.

 

7.    If RFA CODES ? is displayed PRESS the FAN DOWN button.

 

8.    If RFA DATA ? is displayed PRESS the FAN DOWN button.

 

9.    If RFA OVERRIDE is displayed PRESS the FAN UP to select this option.

 

10.  If RFA S00 NO OVERRIDE is displayed PRESS the FAN DOWN button.

 

11.  If RFA S01 PROGRAM FOB 1 is displayed.

 

12.  The main console will display 0, toggle the WARM button on the passenger climate control panel unit 99 is displayed.

 

13.  PRESS and HOLD the trunk/boot button on the remote transmitter which has a 1 on the rear, and within 1 second PRESS and HOLD the LOCK.

 

14.  Continue to HOLD the buttons until the LOCKS cycle or the display changes from 99 to 0.

 

15.  To program the next remote transmitter PRESS the FAN DOWN button until RFA S02 PROGRAM FOB is displayed.

 

16.  Repeat steps 12 to 14 to program the second remote transmitter.

 

17.  PRESS any of these buttons AUTO, MODE UP, MODE DOWN or REST to exit.

 

18. Check all remote transmitters for operation.

 

NOTE : If a remote transmitter is not programmed within 30 seconds the display will change to 0 to indicate programming mode has ended.
